to make it short:
for that amount of money the service is poor. They are redoing the balconies for over half a year now (great planning!) and the property manager does not care at all (if you can call that managing what ever this guy is doing). Maintenance personal usually show up after asking for the fifth time
okay it is not all bad: view, concierges, neighbors (most of them) and neighborhood are awesome
