MY TOP CONS
1.) Poor professionalism and response from property management and maintenance
2.) Very pricey, including SHARED UTILITIES which makes utilities sometimes 3 times as much
3.) "Endless" construction throughout the building as well as the surroundings (Aria condos next door)
MY TOP PROS
1.) Very friendly and helpful Concierge
2.) Pet friendly
3.) Very nice spaces with gorgeous views
4.) Fairly quiet and fast elevators(partly due to low occupancy)
