Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003
 
the landlord is cheap they never had maintenance done in the apts would not paint or replace worn carpets it is also roach infested and they never sent any exterminator out to spray also they would raise the rent every year for paying 565.00 a month i would not recommend this apartment to anybody unless you want to keep a can of raid handy again it is a bad choice for a place to live the landlords name is vic demaio
