Apartments are nice but maintenance is a push and pull

While the apartments are nice, they are 40 years old and need attention. Whenever maintenance is called to respond, well they just don't. Continual calling of the office only elicits a Yes we'll be there and they never show. CONSTANT nagging is the only way to get them to fix anything. If you rent, beware: you may have to hire you're own handyman. The common areas are not maintained at all and lights are out, vertical blinds are falling down and a general air of neglect is evident.
