Joanne is wonderful and such an asset to the St. Regis Office!

Joanne is wonderful and such an asset to the St. Regis Office! She is professional and yet so kind and compassionate to a resident's needs. When she is given a work order, she does everything she can do to make sure it is completed and in a timely manner. I really enjoy dealing with Joanne and only Joanne.
