I wouldn't do it again From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/22/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   the only reason i got this place was for convenience. other than that, well, that's it. i wouldn't dare rent from this owner again. the owner seems to not care about the tenants, just the money. the only good thing i could say about the apartment is that all utilities are included. however, that good point is easily forgetten when you add in all the bad points. WARNING: don't let the exterior fool you. wait until you see the outdated interior.
