DO NOT MOVE HERE!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/10/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I have been here for about three years. The area is quite and the other residents are friendly. However, the maintenance and office staff is inadequate. I have put in so many complaints about loud music and children playing in the hallways. When these complaints were voiced to the office staff, including the office manager, my concerns were null and void. The maintenance staff is a reflection of the office manager and staff. The maintenance supervisor is rude and thinks he knows it all. The repairs are shoddy and you will have to call in the same problem more than one time; it will never be repaired correctly. Furthermore, the office manager is only concerned with rent! Word to the wise, she will only return calls if her supervisor and/or the 'big wigs' are called. A major issue with this building and other Galman Group properties is rodent infestation (mice, rats, roaches, termites, and other rodents). I have found the above in my clothing, refrigerator, and even in my pocket book while I was at work. The office manager insists that an exterminator comes out every other week, but since I have been here the rodents have increased, not decreased. Her attitude if very nasty and so is her daughterâs, who is a leasing agent that works in the office. When I call they are rude and hang up before I am done voicing my concerns. That is why there is such high turnover of residents. Overall, the service is poor, the staff inadequate and unprofessional and the upkeep of the premises could be much better. For the price (an increase of $20 per year will apply for a one bedroom) I could find a better place to stay...that is what I am going to do at the end of my lease. What prevented me from moving was school and work. Since I will be done school by the end of the lease, I will be moving. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! If you are use to living comfortably and being treated like a paying customer! If you move here, you will regret it.
