Noise is a huge problem and beware of their lies. Manager, leasing agent and maintenance guys all lied to us--in the end, we hate living here and very few things get fixed and done around here. One maintenance guy also tried to "make a deal" with me on fixing our blinds. It's "mission impossible" trying to contact the manager--we had to get a friend to call from an outside phone saying that she's interested in the apartment in order to get him on the phone. When we finally got him on the phone, he vehemently denied all the things he promised and said to us before.
