I live here... its fantastic... I searched the entire city for a new apartment and this was by far the best bang for the buck. Clean, Organized, and safe location.

I've never had a problem getting things fixed. I frequently don't return until around midnight, and i'll put in a service request at midnight, and by 10AM the next morning, the problem is fixed. Can't ask for much better than that.

Parking is around $20 for 24 hours (daily rates) - its really not that bad.

Noise level' Anyone complaining about it should move out of the city. Its normal city noise and you barely hear the neighbors.

Overall appearance of the grounds' It's not Trump tower, but its very nice. Always kept clean, nice entrance.

Location is amazing, right on JFK Blvd... easy to grab a cab, well lit infront of building, very safe.

Rooftop pool - honestly, how many places can offer you a rooftop pool'

For the money, there's nowhere else in the city I would go.
