I felt very neglected throughout my stay at Sterling. The front desk crew treat residents as if they own the apartment and we happen to visit there. You have to ask them a favor to get them to press the button to open the doors. They are rude, helpless, and loud. Some training is in serious need. The management is very greedy- you won't feel like they do care about their residents at all. After you talk to them for a couple min, you will find that all that they care is money. I would not bring this up if the apartment is clean and reliable. It was unbelievably dirty when I first moved in, and they never fixed various initial problems at all even after I reported the problems a couple times. The carpet was seriously damaged in many spots, even blood stain, but they refused to replace it. I feel disqusted. Maintenance Service quality is horrible too. They only fix stuff when they want to. Otherwise, you will have to pray for a good luck. Ridiculously, the management always sends out an email survey after each maintenance visit. Hello' Do you really want me to write something good about your service' Or are you really going to take things into consideration' I dont think so! NEVER consider this place to live, and let others know to be careful with the greedy management and the manager who is super evil.
