I know this lady and she never paid her rent; no wonder she didn't like this wonderful place that has a very efficent management team considering you live in the city. Maybe she should go and live at Parktowne for a month and then lets see how she feels.

Do you work in Sterling? If you are a resident, how cannot you be aware of all these serious problems: noise, poor services, and THIEVES! I couldn't believe that in such a "secured" building someone even could steal food from my refrigerator!! It's such a waste of this good location.
