great value for a big high rise apt.

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
I had a 3 br apt and it was huge. Also, the Sterling has all the ammenities of a high rise (24-hr front desk, nice lobby, gym) plus your own washer/dryer and a pool on the roof for a lot cheaper than any of the others I looked at in Center City.

The only downside-- parking sucks. If you have a car, it is not a cheap place to live.
