Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
All the negative comments posted here -- late fire alarmes, irresponsible construction, rude front-desk staff, nightmarish package services, etc. etc. -- are all true. I swear. I have lived in this apartment from 2004 and 2006. Beautiful apartment (beautiful, beautiful windows), great location, still find it amazing how management can ruin even such a beautiful apartment. Now just when I'm happy that I finally got out this place, they installed their finishing touch: a creation of a "notice fee" of $300.00 that is neither in the lease/writing nor in any oral communication. Don't even think about interest on your deposit! Watch out! Your deposit practically becomes their gift!
Stay away from this place!
