We are going to court because the valets damage our car almost every other week and the parking contract will not return phone calls (ever). Valets are extremely rude. Additionally management refuses to honor any promises that are not in writing (about lease renewal, fixing things, security issues, etc.) Finally, traffic noise on JFK side is constant.

Hi, I live in the Sterling, and am havingmany issues with Management, etc. Do you know anyone I can go to as a resources for complaints???

Wow.....I moved out of state in 1999. Amazing to see that nothing has improved in the last decade. The valets did $1600 in damage to my car (the estimate at that time). At first they SORT OF admitted to one part of the damage, and it was obvious they did it... and then denied it like crazy when I actually had the nerve to present them with the estimate. Criminals.
