DO NOT MOVE into this building. If you do, be warned that they are infested with RATS AND MICE. Management has not taken the necessary precautions to control the infestation.

It's true. He's not kidding. Someone needs to call the board of health. paying luxury building $$$ to live with rodents crawling all over you is STUPID.
