Mice and Roaches are there

I agree with others who have written that there are roaches and mice in the apartments. I have lived in the apartment for 1 year and have caught 6 mice with traps so far. We will be moving out in the next couple of months so I can tolerate this for a little while longer.
What I do like about the apartment is the location, location, and location. Also, I think that maintenance is responsive to things that need to be fixed in the apartment. I have a balcony which is huge and that is a big plus.
Overall, in spite of the mice, personally I have thoroughly enjoyed living here.

You're a human being living in a "luxury building."Why aren't the mice unacceptable? Don't you require more? Most buildings have no rodents crawling around you and your apartment. You and the rest of us deserve better. Everyone--PLEASE ---know that there is a problem!
