I lived in this "luxury" building for two years
we had mice problem from day one - the last mouse we caught in our trap was in may 2009 - they just can't solve the problem. they have been having this problem for years.

same with roaches.

the size of the apartment is good, but the bathrooms look like they are straight from the projects

when we moved out we were charged exorbitant cleaning/ repair fees though we hired cleaners before, and the apartment was in good condition except the normal wear and tear

they also tricked us with some small print in the lease - we told them we are moving a month and a half in advance, and because we didnt tell them 60 days in advance, they charged us month to month fees & different rent rate, making sure we won't recover our security deposit.

The notification in writing 60 days in advance also screwed me out of thousands of dollars 2 years ago. They have no remorse whatsoever. This is the WORST apartment EVER!!!! Take heed!!!!

Did they give you a break down with the prices of the items that had to be cleaned?
