We have not had the very negative experiences of othjers noted above. We loved the layout and size of our apartment (for center city) and have continued to enjoy it after many years. Physically, it is kept clean inside and outside. Last year they started charging for pro rated community electricity, water, and gas for the building. (This has been difficult to take because the water and heat/ac are not metered, only basic electricity.) Otherwise the staff are helpful, friendly, and efficient.

Major pluses are package acceptance & their secure storage (from UPS, USPS, etc), location near transportation hub (suburban station), and all that center city Philadelphia has to offer. No free parking though (costs a few hundred a month more).
Free pool on the roof. Twenty-four hour "concierge" (that means "not security").

No place is perfect but for us we have met some really interesting people, have gotten used to center city life, and would hope to remain here if our incomes can keep up with the rents which, of course, go up every year.
