Terrible apartment. The only good thing about it is the location.
Here's my experience: first of all, there is no thermostat in the apartment. (And they call this a luxurious apartment.) Then this Mike Smith maintenance guy called me saying he could install one for me, for $40. He said once I wrote the check to him, he could get it done the next day. Okay, I wrote a check. I got a $15 ugly thermostat in my apartment TWO WEEKS later, after like 6 calls to the management and several conversations with Mike himself.

Yeah, I agree. This apartment literately makes its residents feel very unhappy. The front desk people are very rude and are always talking to each other. I wonder what their responsibilities are, except for giving out attitudes to their residents and killing their time talking as loud as possible. When it comes to professional service, they deserve an F. They treat their residents with terrible attitude. Horrible first impression! The apartment was kept extremely dirty when I first moved in, and they claim it is fine. Huh. I pay this much money for this horrible service... I get upset... Do not come here.
