Pretty good for what you get

For those of you who are reading past reviews they are people who do not realize that the management has returned to their orginial security staff, who as everyone as stated is wonderful. They know who you are and are extremely friendly.
I live on the side of the comcast construction and it was pretty bad Summer 2005 when they first started because of the drilling. However in the past 7 months it hasnt bothered me at all. The living room is huge and we have a balcony which has a wonderful view of the Ben Franklin Parkway.
There are issues no matter where you live. The fire alarm is going to go off and you are going to have to deal with noise (this is a major city) I have never had one problem with cochroaches or mice or anything along those lines. As for parking, I parked at the garage behind the building on Arch Street between 18th & 19th Streets. Its $100 a month for nights and weekends. (cant park 9am to 3:30pm Monday through friday. It is self parking and you can come and go as your please and on certain holidays you can park there for free. It is a really great deal especially if you are commuting somewhere.
Like I said if you are going to live in a city you are gonna have to deal with some problems but that is what you give up when you choose that.
