Nice Location and Prompt Service From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/7/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Vow! I have to say I am shocked to see this many negative comments here. Well, maybe experiences are different for different people. Anyway, I have absolutely loved living here. Location's great and my apartment faces the back, so minimal noise at nites. All apartment repair issues were handled promptly and efficiently. I have lived here since Sept 2005 and am thinking on extending until March 2007. Yeah, I did get stuck in an elevator once but it was not a big deal at all. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to live close to trains, rittenhouse square, logan square, and 30th street station.
