Could not agree more with the previous reviews. I was a resident for 7 years and I can't belive the hard time they gave me during and post move-out. Trust me when I say that this place has become one of the best places to live to one of the worst places to live. First of all watch out for the the upper management, Marie - older lady but if she were any more rude she woon't be qualified to be a human. John Ditko the so called manager never there in his office, rarely answers your calls and yes he does call you back after your 50th message, only to say sorry, I can't help you.
They screwed up my final bill and when called to rectify the anti-people-preson MArie tells me, get this - that I need to bring all the checks I paid along and prove that they screwed up my amount. I was like - what'! can't you just look it up and verify on your computer to see if the amounts add up' She was like NO - I think we're right and if you could prove other-wise we'll re-imburse you. I was speech-less. I can write a lot more, but who carez... the place blows. go liv else where.
And also watch out for this rat issue, guys, seems like it is beomcing more and more prevalent.
