Please, if you are just a poor college student like me, do NOT live here! Maybe the rent seems cheap, but your electric bills will be sky high. One month I paid $180 in electricity for a one bedroom apartment and I was only really home for a couple of hours a day. And the bills never got below $100, which is absolutely ridiculous. In reality, you're paying for all the deadbeats who won't get off their asses and get a job. Yeah, a LOT of people seemed to be home during the day. It's in a bad neighborhood and if you're white, you WILL stick out like a sore thumb. I had so many people tell me that I was lucky I didn't get murdered or raped while walking from the train station to home. Parking is horrible. I didn't have a car, but if anyone came to visit me it was near impossible to find a spot. There WAS a swimming pool but so many people from the ghetto neighborhood went skinny dipping that they had to shut it down. There is no security. There was a night watchman, but really anyone could follow you in. Management won't accept packages and so my Airborne Express package went missing because they had to leave it outside by the mailboxes. Looking back, I can't believe I actually spent a year of my life in this dump.

What is your definition of ghetto? Obviously the neighborhood wasn???t to ghetto for your dumb ass to move in? So why complain? It saddens me to see a fellow TU students be so stereotypical and sound so uneducated. If money is contingent upon class (like you seem to suggest), then it???s clear that you have neither. Sid
