I am paying an affordable rent. I am 3 blocks away from the train, which only takes about 15 mins. to get me into Center City. I only have to buy 10 pack of tokens which is nothing compare to the transpass that I use to purchase.Everyone in the building is very quite and stay to there self.Laudry facilities are kept up by the building and the resident. The rooms are spaceous and plenty of closet. I can pay may bill and have some change leftover.
