There is a new manager of this complex and I am very please with her thus far. She has only been managing the building for about 9 months and she has made beautiful renovations such as painting inviting colors on lobby walls, adding flowers as well as putting in nice new carpets. We should keep in mind that management has a hard job of managing all the units in their building as well as the many different personalities of the tenants. We have to remember that a manager works for a company and is obligated to enforce the rules and regulations of that company. As a tenant you are responsible for maintaining you unit and paying your rent on time. If we all do that we can have a pleasant living experience.
