I have been living at the Stevenson Terrace for about a year now. The rent is affordable, I always have a parking spot, and the neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves. The grass is cut regularly, every couple of months an exterminator comes to each apartment to ensure that no rodents are around. There is also a night guard that walks around the premises. The apartment is blocks away from the train station which makes commuting convenient if you don't have a car.
