Glad I am not the only one From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/11/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004   I have lived here for 3 years now and the recent change in water temperature was a concern recently yet the rental office personnel told me that this was an isolated incident and that they had never heard of this happening before. Yet I read this board and see now that this is not the case. I have called there a few times and have gotten the same answer yet no offer of a maintenance worker to come over to inspect the problem. The rental office and the managers over there are incompetent and refuse to help. The much rather get you off of the phone or out of the office rather than try to fix a problem. If I could afford to move right now I would before I get burned too badly in the shower and by this complex!
