The parking situation here is atrocious, especially in the winter...be prepared to get LOTS of tickets, of which the management could care less. The cable, phone, and internet are terrible and you have no choice because Hotwire Communications has a monopoly on the complex. The pool is old and rundown and filled with lots of kids from families who can buy memberships to it. The apartments are often rundowm and dirty when you move in and little, if nothing is ever doen to improve them or the complex in general. This place basically takes advantage of the young people that live here and rips you off...I can't wait to move!!!
