Great value, pretty good apts for 22 to 27s From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/6/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   Positives: -Apts are a great deal for the price - include electric, gas, central air, parking, two pools, tennis courts, gym, onsite clubhouse etc. -Most people that live here are very sociable and friendly -Maintenance; I've only had one time I had to request them (on a Sunday evening) and they had a guy there within an hour to fix the problem. Negatives: -Can be noisy on weekends, but that seems to be the exception rather than the rule. Noise-wise, I'd say 98% of people are very considerate -Parking does full up later in the day, but I don't see what everyone was complaining about - it's always easy to park a building away or on the street. It takes an extra 60 seconds to get to your apartment. For the record, I've never experienced any problems with the hot water that a few other people mentioned. In a nutshell: Great value, fair location, decent apartments. These aren't particularly prestigious or impressive buildings, but they're fairly priced and it's a cool community to live in if you're recently out of school.
