Yeah they may have a clubhouse, blah blah blah blah. I mean lets get real....it's the lamest party I've ever seen going unless you like the frat party scene but I thought once you turned 21 you progressed to the bar scene. So all that noise for nothing is a pain for those of us that actually work. I just moved here three weeks ago and already I was lied to about which direction my room faced (it faces towards the clubhouse not towards the street--again noise factor), they are doing "special" renovations in the apartment below which equates to hearing hammering starting at 8:30am (again not cool when you have a night shift to work). One day my apartment smelled like gas from this and I had to leave because I was getting a headache. My water was turned off without warning. And then the internet. Already it's out (thank god for a wireless card). And finally when you move in here you won't receive your mail even if you changed your address with the post office. A little bit of a problem when you have bills to pay. And the office knows about this even though they will play dumb and says it's not a common occurence. I lived here 2 years ago and this mail thing happened 2 years ago. Would it be that hard for the office to give the mailman a list of new tenants so he doesn't hold on to our mail'''''''!!!!!!!!!

Look...don't be fooled by office here. They will tell you about all these great renovations for apartments but what they don't say is that if you want them you have to pay more rent. So you are promised new kitchens and bathrooms only to find that is not the case when you move in. They push for people to move into the noisiest apartments cause they have the highest turnover rate and they will to get you there. Then when they are doing work on an apartment, all the hassles that come with it become your problem not theirs. I mean is it really that heard for them to notify us that they will be renovating and maybe apologize for the inconvience.

Like I said, don't be fooled by this place. It's definitely gone downhill since I last lived here. Maybe it's ok for people who are just out of college but after a couple years out you learn that you like to be treated with a little more respect and consideration. You won't get that here.

I'm biased since I like summit and have lived there for 2 yrs now, but i'd say noise is not a problem at all if you live at any building not lettereed A-E which are by henry ave and the clubhouse...if you live in the other buildings further from the road and clubhouse, noise is not an issue.
