The Summit is a dump. First, you pay very high rent for a crappy little apartment. During my time at the Summit, the toilet from the apartment above me leaked its nastyness into my apartment and it took maintence forever to fix the problem. The ceiling was falling down before they finally even came out (despite several phone calls). Also, my car was wrongly towed by the complex from right in front of my apartment. Well, you might not get towed from the parking lot because you may not even be able to park there. Good luck getting a parking spot after about 8 PM.
Also, don't be fooled by the "activities." The events are poorly attended, if they have them at all. Several times I tried to go to events and they were cancelled. Oh, and if they do have the infamous "Mug Night" you might enjoy the sounds of someone puking on your patio at 3AM. As for the pool, they must sell memberships to non-residents as it is always filled with diaper wearing rugrats complete with screaming stay-at-home moms. I can't wait to move from the Sumitt! I am counting the days! That also reminds me, you have to give them like 3 months notice that you are moving. Good luck finding a new apartment for December when it is only August! My final thought: Stay Away...don't be fooled. If it was such a great place, why do I have to give them so much notice that I am leaving' They probably need that time to talk some poor sucker into renting my dump...err apartment!

Thanks for your review. Now I will think twice before moving in. Even I did not have good experience with the office staff, they sounded more arrogant, rude, careless as if they are doing favor by giving us an apt. I am glad that I read this reviews.

seems like you posted ALL of the negative reviews. Didn't you meet anyone to date there? And what do the stay at home mom's and innocent kids have to do with you. You are probably the same person that keeps people awake at night with your loud mouth.
