A girls gets gets attacked in her apartment in the LEASING building recently and two weeks after this incident they leave TWO ladders sitting out on the side of that building ... Are they going to start giving out keys now to local criminals in the area to target the residents'' seriously.. Watch out if you move here.

The bar there is like the fight scene in anchorman. The other neighborhood bars come in and start crazy gang fights with the summit regulars. The one lone and often absent security guard (cause they wont pay for a full time guard) can only do so much when a dozen people roll in and start fighting. Its going to get real interesting when someone has a weapon other than broken bottles. The people that run the rental office and I assume are "in charge" could care less and post fake reports on here to bring up the review score. Since the above attack happened in september nothing has changed and there is still all kinds of things wrong with this place. When I moved here years ago the office staff would win all these awards for being the best in the city but let me tell you they haven't won any awards in quite some time. I have yet to encounter an employee at this place that is not rude, angry, and uneducated. I think they hire anyone thats willing to put up with all the complaints, so you get the kind of situations where people are getting jumped and raped and the place is crumbling around you and no one seems to care. If they replaced all the staff at once that might start to make a difference but I think this place is too far gone at this point. Considering they are charging a third more in rent than the rest of the city you would be much better off to live anywhere else!
