Summit Club At Summit Park E

Good place to live From: dimplegrl Date posted: 3/1/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007 1 response   All this trash talk about Summit Park is so stupid. If the guy/girl who is always writting the bad reviews is for real, why don't you move out. Its not that bad. You have a pool for the summer, an indoor lap pool for the winter, cheap prices at the bar and an ok gym. I don't think the person who writes the bad reviews has ever lived in down town Philadelphia or on there own before. Sorry your Moms not here to clean up after you. Try finding a parking spot in Center City, South Philly or Old City after 8pm. At least the parking is free. When you move in the walls are painted, carpets are cleaned or new and you have a small patio to sit on when the weather is good. Some of the kitchen appliances are older but if you want new go buy a new house. The office staff is ok but if you stay on top of them they will get what you need done. Remember there are 1200 people who live here so not everything gets done at once. So back to the person who writes the bad reviews. If you hate it so much move out. You won't be missed. FYI- I have lived at Summit Park for 5 years.
