I'm very surprised to see all of the complaints regarding Summit Park. I lived here for a year now, and my fiance and I absolutely love the living and social environment. The price is reasonable (indoor/outdoor pool/workout facilities/tennis courts/clubhouse bar/all expenses included) too. We have looked many other places through friends and on our own, but Summit Park has the best 'all around' living environment to offer. There is literally something to do every night of the week ...as displayed on the monthly calendar. Most of the residents are grad students and young professionals and many people are dog lovers (b/c they allow dogs under 40 lbs).
Complaints: Parking is tough at night, but not impossible. Naturally, you can expect to get attitude from a few receptionists at the office, however, actually maintenance and repair is reliable.

Hey since you love it so much why dont you offer to repair the bar bus? Its been sitting broken down now for weeks. Taking up precious parking spots by the way. I would love to take it to the bar but I guess they cant afford to fix it even though they are making millions in rent. Its just like everything else here at summit, broken down and in disrepair.
