Trust the people who actually live here. This place has its ups (convenience, gym/ aerobics, activities, spacious apts, responsive maintenance crew) and downs (parking - this is NOT CC or Manayunk, cable/ internet - owned by landlord, noise - you hear everything through single-pane windows, lack of grass in the back of the complex). It does not live up to the hype or ever escalating rent.
