Slummit park From: phillyexpat21 Date posted: 4/9/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I lived there for a year in 2006-2007 in a ground floor studio. Overall it was a decent experience. They were very flexible on rent terms, and the rent itself was average. The unit wasn't anything special but adequate. Behind the apartment the lawn wasn't maintained and was always muddy. The clubhouse was something to experience - the same five drunks were in their every night. When my brother came to help me move out he saw the "events calendar" and said "this is like, what, daycare for alcoholics'" Pretty dead on assessment.
