I've lived here with my fiance for 8 months. So far, our experience has been very positive. The only negatives have been the neighbors. The floors seem to be REALLY thin as we can hear our neighbors walking around above ... more

Good place to live...but never move out if you don't want to get screwed for $!

Time spent at Summit Park was great...club house is a lot of fun, and can't beat the free parking and on-site free for residents gym. Always thought the office staff was very helpful with any maintenance issues/questions until we decided ... more
