I have lived at Summit Park for 2 years and enjoy it. The Apts are nice and quiet and very well kept. The grounds are spacious and kept clean. The pool is kept in very good condition and clean but only stays open until 6 pm.

We have never had any problems with noise. The first winter parking situation can get bad in the winter as the snow will eliminate spaces. However, this past winter I never had a problem as there appeared to be very cars.

The maintenance is great. Generally they have the item fixed by the next day. The laundry rooms did have REALLY bad dryers, however they just replaced them and that works well now.

It is located in a good area, near grocery, bus, etc. The sister apt has a huge pool and gym as well as a bar to be able to use. Further on weekends a bus rides down to Manayunk for free of charge.
