Don't be fooled by the granite countertops and jacuzzi tubs. The construction of the building is sub-par. The roof in my apartment has leaked the entire time I lived there. Calls to management and maintenance go unanswered and if you are lucky enough to get a response, they usually do not fix the problem properly. I can't count how many times I've withheld rent and threatened legal action to try to get management to perform their job.

The will lie to you just to get you to sign a lease.

Not worth the price or the hassle.
