Elusive land landlords.
Verify the owner and exactly where their office is. Be fore-warned that 2000 Hamilton is not a home or office address it is a P.O. Box.
Also, The Skyline Group aka N Park Development aka ez homedeals are very shady. Review licenses and verify violations and never ever sign a lease with them before reviewing all th eterms.
Their lease contains a clause that forbids you to sue them for damages to you property that are cause by them. Their staff (plumbers, electricians, and maintenance men) steal.
