Looks nice overall, but SOOOOOOO many problems. Cold air comes up from the floor from bad construction, LOUD - people in this building have no respect for their neighbors. People playing catch with their dogs in the hallway, which shakes your apartment b/c the walls are so thin. Parties non-stop on the outside patio, I guess it's fine if you don't have a job to wake up to every morning. People stomp through the hallways, screaming & yelling at all hours of the night. You can hear your neighbors through the walls on all sides, including the people above you. People leaving beer bottles in the hallway or elevator floor. Management is flaky - completely misrepresented to apartment from the very beginning, they said it's a quiet respectable building. And mgmt and/or maintenance will come into your apt without prior notice, even when you're not home. So you can't even plan to maybe have someone home while they're in your apt. Parking garage is terrible, has a severe angle to the ramp so it scrapes the bottom of your car when getting in & out. Plus garage door gets stuck, so you can't get out of the building when you need to. Lease says only small pets, no - everyone seems to have huge dogs that run around the hallways, which makes the apt shake. HORRIBLE!!! You definitely don't get what you paid for, I'm throwing money down the drain by living here. Just waiting for my lease to end to get out of this place.
