I had doubts on moving to this place based on previous reviews, but it's been ok. I've lived here for a year. It's better than most places in Philly. Not cheap, however. The apartments are nice and it is a bit noisy, but the tenants are great. Close to everything in NoLibs, just wish it were cheaper. At least it's not Tower.
