I've been a resident at The Courtyard apt for alittle over a year, and it's not a good place to live at. They have excessive mice problems that each time one of the exterminators come to visit and we explain our problems they tell us to take it up with management. It's to the point were the mices is taking over her places and all maagement is tell us is to put a broil pad in the holes to stop them from coming throw. Well I believe some resident's tried to do so but the mouse will find another way to come throw. One day they came to exterminate when I was not here and some used my bathroom and made it very noticable that I had to clean my bathroom again and walk around to management and complain to them about it If you live out the street and not in the parking lot,but is a resident at The courtyard you are not allowed to parking in the lot evening though you pay your rent and is a resident here. They but resident with more than 2 children and that can or cannot be the same sex in a 2 bedroom top apt. when they know that a lot of noise happens. If you complian to them about it they will tell you to call the cops and make a report.Knowing that can cause you and your neighbor propblems. So when you do call the cops, they come out an tells you to talk to your manager.It's a back and forth the going on. I live on a quiet block so the grounds are ok in that area. Maintence take a very long time to come out a complete your home. The staff their is very unprofessional they get very rude with you when you ask them a question. And if you ask to speak to the manager they tell you that they are busy so that you cannot speak with them. Also if you ask for their property number they will not give it to you. They also move their family members in their instead of moving people that are in need of a place into The Courtyard. They also take rent from residents and tell they have a place ready for them but don't move them in until about 6 months later,and each time you ask them about the place that you are moving into the say we either found you another place or we are fixing it up. They also take a very long time completing your renewal pappers so if you hand them paystubs for a decrease in rent ypu won't get an answer for about 6 months by then if you could not afford the rent that you already have in effective you may be gettin evicted because you already turned in your paystubs and went to go see them a million times. To the point were the clerk is tried of seeing you everyday.I think that we as resident's need new staff because this ones are not on their job.
