I lived in a fairly small studio in the Philadelphian for a year. Overall, it was a very nice place to live, for the price. All of the utilities were included in the cost, and the maintenence staff was mostly good about attending to problems in a short time. One thing that did really bother me- in the summertime the ac never got cold enough, even after having it "fixed" several times, which was definitely annoying. The building is filled with senior citizens, but feels very safe & has great views of the art museum. My studio had a balcony with beautiful views. I never had any problems with bugs. I was usually always able to find parking right out front in 5 minutes or less- you can also pay large quantities for a parking space in the garage under the building. Also, for a fee you can use the nice gym & indoor & outdoor pool- a definite plus but was costly.

These condo's are privately owned so you cannot just call and get a rental quote, you have to go through an agent who works for building. That number is 215-232-5148
