I lived in the bottom floor for 2 years. The first 2 months were great and then it went downhill the longer I lived there. We decided not to renew our lease when the workers were replacing the floor in the loft above us. This caused tons of particles and dust to land ALL OVER our apartment. On my computer, TV, furniture, bed. The management came and gave us large plastic drop cloths, but that is no way to enjoy your living experience for over 3 weeks! There is parking but only 1 space per apartment unless you make friends with the help and park in the handicap spot. Then the garage doors were always breaking and cars would park in the driveways and sometimes you couldn't get in to park, or get out. There was a break in and someone stole our mail and packages that were left in the lobby for 1 day while we were at work. The mailboxes break and the mailman/woman decides not to deliver the mail and not to inform the residents of such. We wouldn't get mail for weeks!

I found this review when googling for "toilet handle 19122" because I wanted to find a store that sold a new one, because mine just broke. I was surprised and at the same time, not surprised at all to discover this page as the first google link. I also live in the Sponge Factory Lofts, and apparently had my handle break within 2 weeks of whoever posted this message. Go figure... (whoever you are, I feel your pain)
