Not too crazy about it so far.

I just moved in and I'm not that impressed so far. I don't like the ceilings in these lofts. They're just too weird. Too many cracks and holes in them and they're not insulated. So you can hear people stomping around upstairs very easily. Plus management warns dog owners that their dog's pee can seep down through small holes and soak furniture or whatever in the loft beneath. Great, little holes (peeping toms), dog pee, noisy stomping around...sounds like fun, huh'
The loft entrance doors slam automatically if you don't take care to shut them quietly and a neighbor or two just don't give a crap about how loudly their doors slam which sets off a machine fire round of dogs barking.
The maintenence crew don't do as you ask them to even when you do go through the office as told to do. I guess they see my problem as being minor and I've heard complaints from office staff that there are only 4 maintenence guys for 3 buildings. This building alone has over 30 lofts in it. So, they really need to hire more help and assign them each to a building instead of stretching these guys out like they are.
Parking is pretty good. Well lit parking lot. But I'd feel better if there were a security camera out there. People have a tendency to leave the garage door open and all management does is put up letters asking them to close the doors but no real action is taken.
I'm not too impressed with management and how they handle things because all they do is write a letter and then do nothing else about any complaint you may make about a situation or neighbor. Although they seem nice and do respond to emails and calls pretty quickly.
I don't feel safe because the front entrance door is busted and is not going to be fixed any time soon. It's very hard to open and it's really trashy right out front of the building entrance. It's not taken care of out there. There are weeds all over the rock garden. (I think it's a rock garden of some kind.) And there's a big ugly planter out front that's crooked and has nothing growing out of it and is now being used as a trash can from passer byers so it looks ghetto.
The overall building is kept pretty clean, though. I must say. I am impressed with it's cleanliness.
Overall, had I known this before I moved in, I would not have moved in.
Find some place else to live.
