In a class of its own

This place is a dump. It may look nice, but it's nothing more than a glorified hotel. Rent was hiked without notice. Roommates were forced on people who lived by themselves, even though there were plenty of rooms available for new people (who never even showed up). Neighbors constantly screamed and yelled in the hallways at 3am even when they were told to stop by numerous people. You can hear people have conversations next door because walls are so thin. If you opted out of their food plan that they practically force on you they hold a grudge (newsflash: your food f'n sucks no matter how many times you change it!). Management changed about 4 times while I lived here, which resulted in the place becoming worse and worse. The heater and air conditioning unit are about twenty years old. Parking is nonexistent. Since the placed used to be an old hotel, the only kitchen in the whole building is on the 6th floor. Nice for those who live there, bad for those who don't.

I am so glad I do not live here anymore. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE stay as far away from this place as you can. If you need to find a place that's near Drexel and UPenn, look somewhere else. You'll be much happier there, I promise. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
