These units are amazing at first glance...hard woods, stainless steel, etc. However, you will quickly find that everything in the building is done as cheaply and poorly as possible. Everything breaks, the units are EXTREMELY loud (there is no privacy, in other words, being that you can hear your neighbor blow his/her nose), the elevator sometimes works, the construction is non-stop in the building, and there has recently been an electrical problem that caused every tenant of the building to stay in hotels for over 2 weeks. This says a lot, being that this is a new renovation. At any rate, don't waste your money on these units. They are overpriced in terms of quality and location.
