Pros
- location is close to SEPTA
- 1 block to reading terminal
- easy walk to old city, rittenhouse
- apts look cute (hd wd floors, exposed brick, big windows, stainless appliances)
Cons
- tub volume > than hot water heater -- this means that you can never actually have a full bath in the big jacuzzi tubs
- construction is 1 yr behind schedule
- for the last year, we've had to get mail in sketchy, unsafe alleyway - has recently been moved to urine-reeking alley on other side
- tenants are often not notified re: packages that arrive -- several have been "lost"
- tenants have been locked, stuck in elevator for long periods of time
- cheap construction means that you hear your neighbors all the time
- security is a significant concern in the evenings
- poor cheap construction results in an exhausted time-strapped super intendant
- management unresponsive to multiple tenants with $300/month utility bills this winter -- despite those incurred due to faulty construction
- immediate area and streets (specifically 10th and 11th just south of chinatown) are really gross - smelly w/ philly's less-than-finest
