Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
The old elevator is a nightmare. It broke a least once every week and I was trapped in it three times. It took them a whole year to get a new elevator that also breaks frequently (at least three times a month based on my experience). The fact is bad but what is even worse is the way they manage the problems and respond to tenants' complaints.
The building "looks" new inside but is not very well designed/constructed. Water leaks from the pipes and ceiling. Heating is weak in winter.
In summary, the place is not a nice place to stay at unless someone are desperate to find a place in that neighborhood. Considering its quality and management, the rent is definitely a rip-off.
